How do I place an order with Quickers?

Ordering with Quickers is easy:

  1. Open the Quickers App and enter your delivery address

  2. Browse stores – Restaurants, supermarkets, florists, pharmacies, and more

  3. Shop – Add items to your cart, adjust quantities, see special offers

  4. Checkout – Choose delivery time, add instructions, select payment method

  5. Track live – Follow your order from preparation to your doorstep

  6. Enjoy! – Rate your experience and earn rewards

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept:

Quickers Cash is your digital wallet inside the Quickers App.

How to load:

  1. Go to Profile → Quickers Cash

  2. Select “Add Funds”

  3. Choose amount and currency

  4. Pay by card or cash to Courier

  5. Done! Your balance is ready to use


How do I track my order?

Real-time tracking, every step of the way.

Once you place an order, you can:

📍 See order status: Received → Confirmed → Prepared → Picked Up → On the Way → Delivered
📍 Watch the Courier move on the map in real-time
📍 Receive notifications at every stage
📍 Call support directly from the tracking screen

No more guessing. No more “where is my order?”


What if an item is unavailable?

If an item you ordered is out of stock:

📞 We’ll call you. Our system automatically alerts the Merchant, and they will contact you directly to discuss alternatives.

Your options:

  1. Replace with a similar item

  2. Remove the item and adjust your total

  3. Cancel the entire order (if no suitable alternatives)

You’re always in control. No substitutions are made without your approval.


Can I modify my order after placing it?

Currently, order modification is not available once your order is confirmed.

But we have two solutions:

✅ Before Merchant confirmation: Cancel immediately and place a new order. Full refund issued.

✅ After Merchant confirmation: Contact our support team via the App. We’ll do our best to accommodate changes, but cannot guarantee modifications once preparation has begun.

We’re actively developing an “Edit Order” feature — coming soon!


What is your cancellation and refund policy?

We want you to love your order. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

Refund method:

  • Card payments: Refunded to original card (3–7 business days)

  • Cash on Delivery: Refunded as Quickers Credit (instant)


Can I order from multiple stores at once?

Currently, each order must be placed with one store.

However, you can:

  • ✅ Place separate orders from different stores simultaneously

  • ✅ Track multiple orders in real-time

  • ✅ Receive separate deliveries (may arrive at different times)

Multi-store cart is on our roadmap — stay tuned!


How do I apply a promo code?

Easy:

  1. Add items to your cart

  2. Proceed to Checkout

  3. Below your order summary, click “Add Promo Code”

  4. Enter your code and click “Apply”

  5. Your discount will appear instantly

Note:

  • Only one promo code per order

  • Some codes have minimum order requirements

  • Promotional credits expire after 90 days


Do I need to create an account to order?

No but recommended. Creating a free Quickers Account gives you:

Is this a job or freelance?

You are an independent contractor — your own boss.

✅ You choose where to deliver – Your preferred zones

Do I need my own vehicle?

Yes. You must have your own:

🛵 Motorbike / Scooter – 125cc minimum, valid registration
🚗 Car – Valid license, insurance, registration
🚲 Bicycle – For select areas only (Beirut core)

All vehicles must be:

  • ✅ Legally registered in Lebanon

  • ✅ Insured (third-party liability minimum)

  • ✅ Roadworthy and safe


Is helmet use mandatory?

YES. 100% MANDATORY. NO EXCEPTIONS.

  • You MUST wear a helmet at all times while riding

  • You MUST wear your seatbelt if driving a car

  • You MUST follow all traffic laws

Do I need to speak Arabic or English?

Both are helpful, but neither is required.

🗣️ French – A plus, but not necessary

The Quickers App is fully bilingual (English/Arabic). Our support team speaks Arabic, English, and French.

If you can communicate clearly and treat customers with respect, you’re qualified.


Can I deliver in my own neighborhood?

Yes! We encourage it.
